After Schul Schmooze: Rabbi Dror’s monthly “After Shul Schmooze” will focus on a series of essays found at the back of the Etz Hayim Chumash we use on Shabbat mornings. These discussions take place after kiddush lunch on the Shabbat schedule shown below. You do not have to register formally to attend any or all of these informative, relaxed sessions with fellow congregants. Although it is not necessary to read the essay advance, the essays, summaries, and study guide questions can be purchased through various book vendors: Etz Hayim Study Companion, edited by Jacob Blumenthal and Janet L. Liss, published by JPS.
